Cancellation policy:
We are a small facility with only three units. The Eagle's, Dove's and Hidden Roost. Being small and tucked away offers our guests serenity and privacy. Each reservation receives lots of attention and is very important to us. However, with only 3 units, which are almost always booked well in advance, we have to have a cancellation policy that allows our business to continue to run smoothly; allows you to have the pleasant experience you expect, and allows us to stay in business. If cancellation notice is received more than 10 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit may be applied to a later date. If cancellation notice is received less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a later stay. If you cancel less than five days prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount of your intended stay, which will be charged to your credit card. We will always do our best to fill the units. If we can, we will give you credit. There are no refunds on early departures. Any charges for cancellations or early departures will be charged to your credit Card.

Damages:
We do not charge a damage deposit ahead of time. However, you are responsible for any damages or missing items.These will be charged to your credit card.
